I’m Francye Hutchins, founder of Unearthed Life.

 

Called “Fancye Francye” by close friends, I’m all about the extra sparkle or bright color to make things even fancier. For better results, “just add more!”   With my 30-year career in the mining and reclamation industry, this sparkly extra may seem odd. A traditionally built woman with a core belief that there can never be too much glitter may seem out of place in a dirty white hardhat. But standing in the middle of a mine was just where my sparkle was intended to be. And, no, my hardhat does not have glitter on it, as they wouldn’t let me.  

 

Through my experiences in surface mining and reclamation, I gained valuable wisdom. Now, I apply those same principles to help others discover their hidden resources and determine the best way to utilize them.The process begins by removing the "overburden" (the obstacles that have weighed you down) to uncover the unique valuable resource within you. Then, work on “reclaiming” the "overburden" to create a beautiful new landscape. With years of teaching, coaching, and training under my belt, I aim to guide people in understanding their true identity according to God, so together we can create a spiritual plan for them to live authentically. Nothing brings me more joy than witnessing others experience that moment of realization and then taking action to become who they were created to be and do what they were destined to do.

 

 

I'm a certified trainer and coach for the Good Fight School under Prophetic Company Global. I absolutely love being involved in prophetic ministry at my local church. For fun, I enjoy quilting. Dan, my husband of 40 years, would say I quilt often but collect fabric like a squirrel does nuts! You can never have too much fabric, right? :) We also cherish spending time with our daughter, son-in-law, and five grandchildren, all living in the greater Austin area.
